Description
Expect this jumbo size to be an average size of 1.25″+. If you are feeding a large reptile like an adult bearded dragon, chameleon or monitor these would be perfect!
Adults are sold by the pound and are typically a 50/50 mix of males and females (by weight). No ratio of male to female is guaranteed as these are very loosely sorted.
Sold by the pound, expect ROUGHLY 175 males and 85 females per pound (250 TOTAL). This can change daily depending on any number of factors on our end.
Again – These are retired breeder dubia that have little to no breeding life in them and should be used as food only as the die off will be high due to the age of the dubia. Do expect some of the adults to die in shipping due to the stress but we over count for this.
Dubia are a nutritious and easy to care for feeder insects that are perfect for nearly all insect eating pets. The three main factors that make dubia superior are that they smell MUCH less that a cricket. They don’t die in large numbers like crickets and last, they are healthy!
