SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Please read the entire shipping information section to ensure a positive experience when ordering from Bug Madness. When you submit an order from our website, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the shipping/delivery terms and conditions.
SHIPPING DAYS
Retail:
- Retail Orders placed Monday by noon will ship Monday.
- Retail Orders placed Tuesday by noon will ship Tuesday.
- Retail Orders placed Wednesday by noon will ship Wednesday.
- Retail orders placed Wednesday after noon through Sunday by 8:00 am CST will ship on Monday.
Wholesale:
- Wholesale orders placed by Sunday at 8:00 am CST will ship on Monday. Wholesale orders ONLY ship on Monday.

SHIPPING CARRIER
You have multiple options when it comes to shipping, typically, orders will be shipped with UPS Ground service because it is the most cost effective, in most cases this will get your order to you in 3 days or less. Ground shipping has NO arrival guarantee from UPS or Bug Madness. We are unable to ship bugs UPS Ground if the transit time is more than 3 days. Fortunately, due to our central location, only the far east coast exceeds this limit. If you are in this area, you will HAVE to select EXPRESS shipping. Overnight shipping is also available.

TRACKING
Tracking information will be emailed to you at the email address entered on your order.
GUARANTEED LIVE ARRIVAL (GLA)
- We guarantee your order to be live upon arrival as long as you are present at the time of the first delivery attempt. Delivery time is determined by the time stamp on the tracking which is done when the driver scans the package once it is dropped off to your home or business.
- If your order is sent to the local UPS Hub/Store to be held for pick up, it must be picked up within 24 hours of arrival to UPS to qualify for the GLA.
- Temperatures must be between 35 degrees and 85 degrees to qualify for GLA. It is up to the purchaser to check temperatures prior to purchase. If purchaser chooses to place an order when the temperatures are outside the parameters, but the GLA will not be valid.
- If your temperature falls below 35 degrees or above 85 degrees on any of the transit days, we cannot guarantee live arrival, even with heat/cold packs included. It is recommended that you have your shipment held at the UPS Hub/Store. In addition, shipments must be sent EXPRESS in these weather conditions.
- Dead on arrival (DOA) or damaged shipments must be reported within ONE HOUR of delivery, based on UPS tracking data, in order to qualify for replacement.
- Pictures of loss or damages are required in order to qualify for replacement.
- There are no refunds – just replacements. We do include “extra” for occasional deaths in shipping. Only one replacement will be made and the consumer is responsible for reshipment charges.

SHIPPING COSTS AND PACKAGING
- In order to keep shipping costs as low as possible, we will pack your order in the most efficient box size for the order. We are happy to suggest options to “fill your box” so you can ensure maximum value for your shipping fees.
SHIPPING TERRITORY
We ship throughout the United States except:
- Florida: we are unable to ship Dubias to Florida – it’s illegal. We will ship the other feeders offered on our website.
- Hawaii: Unfortunately, we are unable to ship any of the feeders we offer to Hawaii
- Alaska: We can ship to Alaska, however, Express is the only option and full disclosure, it is costly.
RECURRING ORDERS
Recurring orders are welcome and encouraged. Recurring orders are fulfilled first, therefore, in the event of limited inventory, you get priority.
Please contact us to set up a recurring order. Once your order is established, you only have to contact us to make any changes.
OTHER STUFF
- If you have a special request regarding shipping, please email or call us with the request prior to placing the order. You must receive a confirmation from us confirming your request.
- Orders are processed on a first come, first serve basis.
