Dubia Roaches can not climb out of a glass or plastic enclosure. Storage totes or small aquariums make great enclosures to hold them before feeding or to breed them.
The short answer is yes. However, the females are completely flightless and the adult males really only fall gracefully. They will not fly out of your enclosure for them.
